    Storytelling, creativity, and out-of-the-box methods to aid in memorization and performance.

Harpist and vocalist Amber Carpenter has received national and international awards for her harp playing, including first-prize in the 2014 Rosen-Schaffel Competition. She has performed with the New York City Ballet, the Battle Creek Symphony Orchestra, the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, and the Union Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Carpenter recently lectured at the 7th World Alliance for the Arts education conference in Auckland, New Zealand and taught at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. She holds the Master of Music degree from the University of Michigan studying with Joan Holland and the Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte studying with Jacquelyn Bartlett.
