Calista Anne Koch is an accomplished professional harpist and teacher in central Georgia. Ms. Koch is the Adjunct Harp Instructor at the Townsend School of Music at Mercer University and founder/director of the Middle Georgia Harp Ensemble. Ms. Koch uses her music therapy education in service to students with special needs, including autism, down syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and ADHD, using creative methods to teach and adapt music while strengthening fine motor skills. Ms. Koch holds the Master of Music degree in Harp Performance with a specialization in Church Music from Mercer University and the Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy from Florida State University.
