    An overview of the broad-ranging influence of Carlos Salzedo, demonstrating his profound impact on harpists and harp literature.

Nancy Lendrim is Principal Harpist of the Toledo Ohio Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the Cleveland Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, North Carolina Opera, and the Atlanta Symphony. In 2000, Ms. Lendrim with Jody Guinn formed the Salzedo Harp Duo. The duo will release their third CD, Clair de Noel, in late 2019. For many years, Ms. Lendrim served as the Director of Ensembles with Elizabeth Hainen for the Saratoga Harp Colony and Curtis Summerfest. Ms. Lendrim serves on the artist faculties of the University of Toledo, the Toledo School of the Arts, and coordinates a public-school program of harp students in the fifth through twelfth grades. Ms. Lendrim is a graduate of the Oberlin College Conservatory of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music studying with Alice Chalifoux.
