    Discussion and demonstration of performing on the harp while incorporating unconventional elements, such as playing percussion, speak-singing, acting & mime.

Harpist and actor Rosanna Moore combines theatre and music wherever possible. Hailing from the United Kingdom, Ms. Moore was the first harpist to be a finalist in the Royal Northern College of Music Gold Medal Competition. Ms. Moore does voice over work and has narrated with the Piccadilly Symphony Orchestra in the United Kingdom. A fervent new music advocate, Ms. Moore actively collaborates with composers, leading to two world-premieres, and two United States-premieres of concerti. Ms. Moore is completing the Doctorate of Musical Arts degree with a Performer’s Certificate, Arts Leadership Certificate, and minor in theatre at the Eastman School of Music. Her mentors include harpists, Kathleen Bride and Eira Lynn Jones.
